A paramedic from the small village of Sarat, Omsk region, Nina Vladimirovna Dymchenko, who has been monitoring the health of her fellow countrymen for almost 40 years, is going on vacation one day. She plans to be treated in one of the health resorts in Altai. The news that Nina Vladimirovna will not be in the village for 2 weeks causes a slight panic of the villagers.
